Wine Events
When deciding what to do for your next office team building day, your friend's bridal shower or your parents' anniversary, a guided wine tasting might not immediately spring to mind. People often fear that they don't know the right words to describe wine, or that they'll "get it wrong". And the wine industry has certainly been guilty of being pretentious and exclusive in the past.
But luckily, it doesn't have to be like that. Wine tasting should be fun, above all else. But it can also be a bonding experience, an exercise in mindfulness and a great way to get in touch with all of your senses. There's no such thing as a stupid question or a wrong answer.
private tastings
I organise private group tastings for up to 12 people, generally at your location, for a range of different occasions. My events often involve tasting pairs of wines along a theme to encourage participants to make comparisons. I adjust the level to suit the group, with the main emphasis on having fun!
